Team analysis: University has a lot to be excited about in 2018. While the team fell short in the Group 1 championship last year to Bound Brook, The Phoenix have the pieces to go all the way this year.
The main reason for excitement this year is the return of the their top three scorers from last season. Leading the way is First Team All Group One guard Danielle Robinson. Teresa Ortiz is also looking to build on an extremely strong campaign. The lethal shooter averaged 2.9 three pointers made per game in 2017. Last but not least is the monster on the glass, Amayah Powell.
If University plays up to their potential, the Phoenix will fly high enough to win Group One and make some noise in the T.O.C.
