For many, music is a push factor against the demons of anxiety and nervousness before a competition. For others, a pre-game playlist is a "Secret sauce" used to stir up and release whatever is channeled within them in an effort to lead their team to victory.
Today we begin a new series titled "Gameday Playlist Vibes," which feature must-play pre-game songs from rising basketball stars in New Jersey. Next up is Seton Hall Prep guard Ashton Miller. Ashton had a big game last night against Montclair Immaculate, tallying 24 points en route to a 67-65 win.Enjoy the jams from the junior guard below.

Thoughts on the bus ride before the game: On the bus ride to the game I like to clear my head and only focus on the game. I try to stay to myself and just think about all the things i have to do to get the win.
Thoughts before the game/ warming up : Before every game I'm focused and fired up. I'm trying to get in the mental space when I step on the court that it doesn't matter when who you are, i am trying to destroy you!
These are just some of the songs that helps me get there and really just puts me in game mode:
NBA Youngboy - GG
Huncho Jack, Travis Scott & Quavo - Black and Chinese
A-Boogie - Not A Regular Person
G-Herbo - Street
Lil Wayne - Family Feud
